In the beginning of December, I wrapped up my final race of the year at the Victorian State Cup (Black Plate), ending the season on a strong note. Despite constantly changing weather conditions, I was one of the quickest drivers all weekend. Qualifying took place in heavy rain, and I secured an impressive 2nd out of 32 entries. In Heat 1, I backed it up with another 2nd place finish. Heat 2 looked even stronger as I took the lead, but a tyre coming off resulted in an unfortunate DNF. That setback put me 14th on the grid for Heat 3, where I started climbing through the field before a red flag froze the race. This left me 13th for the final. Determined to finish the season well, I pushed hard, made rapid progress, and crossed the line in 3rd, running faster lap times than the eventual winner.
